All home learning activities for Reception will be posted on Classdojo: https://www.classdojo.com/en-gb/signup/?redirect=true
If you have any problems with Class Dojo, please tell your teacher, or email: email@example.com
Mrs Neil, Miss O’Toole, Miss McDermott, Mrs Francis and Miss Cunningham will be posting lots of live videos and challenges for the children to complete each day. We will be keeping a log of those children who are engaging with class dojo and uploading their work onto their portfolios. Please remember we are always here if you need any support/advise during this time. It is important that we keep close contact during this time and Reception staff will be calling to check in with families if we notice that they are not accessing/engaging with Classdojo.
It is important to remember that in EYFS our curriculum is based around play so we encourage lots of breaks to play and exercise throughout the school day and between each activity.
Please try and get outdoors as much as possible, just don’t mix with other people. This is very important for children’s mental health. How many exciting things can you find in the park? https://www.wildlifewatch.org.uk/spotting-sheets
There are lots of other useful ideas here: https://hungrylittleminds.campaign.gov.uk/
