Summary of Experience

Garry is currently Assistant Chief Constable at Greater Manchester Police responsible for Territorial Policing, Neighborhoods, Confidence and Equality.  He is also the National Police Lead for Restorative Justice, Stalking and Harassment.  He has been awarded the Queens Medal for distinguished service and has been a police officer since 1987.  He has previously worked as a Lecturer at Central Manchester College.  Garry has an Honors Degree in Sociology from Salford University; an MA in Criminology from Keele University and a Certificate in  Criminology from Cambridgeshire University
